please make your unit claim after your application is accepted. each unit is first come first serve. (we will add on unit numbers as needed). each unit includes kitchen and living room (but the size of each depends on the size of the apartment/studio/condo.) an "s" after a number signals "studio".
standard units on these floors are what you might consider lower / middle income. they are your basic apartments / studios unfurnished. apartments here can have up to four rooms.
deluxe units on these floors are what you might consider middle income. all are two roomed, though some are three. they are unfurnished and all on the outer side of the building are equipped with patios.
loft units on these floors are what you might consider upper middle class/upper. up to three room, though some are four spread out on two floors. all on the outer side of the building are equipped with patios.
penthouse units on these floors are what you would consider upper class. the penthouses are large and spacious with anywhere from two to five rooms, with each having it's own patio with the option of single or two floors.
